• Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel or reschedule their reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time at no charge.

• Late Cancellation: Cancellations or modifications made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a 50% charge of the total reservation amount, processed via the credit card on file.

• How to Cancel: Cancellations must be made by phone, email, or through our online booking system. Confirmation of cancellation will be sent via email.

• Emergencies & Special Circumstances: We understand that emergencies occur. In cases of documented medical or family emergencies, management may waive cancellation fees at their discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Yes, advance booking is strongly recommended, especially on weekends and holidays, to guarantee your preferred time.

There is paid public parking available nearby at Carrer de Nàpols, 21. Street parking is very limited.

Yes, the venue is available for private event hire; please contact the reservations team to discuss availability, pricing, and any specific requirements. You can also book a private suite for up to 10 people, which includes a small private sauna, lockers, shower and toilet, and a dedicated service assistant.  For more details, please refer to the Private Suite section.

We recommend bringing comfortable swimwear. Towels, robes, slippers, sauna hat and personal care items such as shampoo and soap are provided by us. You may also want to bring a change of clothes for after your session.

Yes. People with uncontrolled heart or blood pressure problems, significant cardiovascular disease, acute illness or fever, certain neurological conditions, or those who are pregnant or on specific medications may need to avoid or limit sauna use and should get medical clearance first.

• Minimum age for access to the general thermal circuit (saunas, steam rooms, plunge pools, relaxation areas) is 6 years old.
• No age restriction applies to private suite bookings. Families with children of any age are welcome when booking a private suite, with full adult supervision required at all times.
• Children aged 6–17 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. The supervising adult is fully responsible for the child's safety, behavior, and adherence to spa etiquette.
• Children under 12 years of age enter free of charge when accompanied by a paying adult (maximum 2 children per adult).
• Children aged 12–17 are charged the standard adult rate.
