No. Your €1,000 prepaid balance has no expiry date. Use it whenever suits your schedule — weekly visits or seasonal retreats.
Both include 4 monthly spa visits and the same treatment discounts. Off-Peak is Tuesday–Friday with entry before 3 PM, while All Access includes any day and any time — including weekends and holidays.
Yes. We ask for a minimum 3-month commitment, after which you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. No hidden fees.
Monthly visits are valid within their calendar month and do not roll over. You can share any visit with a guest using your included guest pass.
