Nordic Detox is an immersive steam and oil ritual designed for high-paced lives, combining oak-scented heat, deep Ayurvedic oiling and plant-based exfoliation. The experience begins with body oiling and a relaxing Ayurvedic-style massage, allowing warm herbal oil to penetrate the tissues, dissolve stored toxins and prepare the skin for heat.

A second phase of light steaming with oak besoms brings the characteristic forest aroma of oak into the steam bath, enhancing circulation, supporting detoxification and helping the nervous system to slow down. The ritual closes with an individual “Detox” body scrub, a warming blend of honey, sugar and aromatic spices such as cinnamon, ginger, cardamom and cloves in grapeseed oil, which lifts away dullness, smooths the skin and leaves a subtle, comforting scent. Taken as a short course over several days, this focused protocol helps the body shift from overload into recovery, restoring a sense of composure, lightness and inner renewal.

Group Steam Meditation is a multi-stage guided steam ritual for friends, families, or teams, centered on shared rhythm, warmth, and sensory contrast. Through thermo-aroma inhalation, collective guided steam sessions, and infused ice-cold water rituals, the experience releases physical tension, calms the nervous system, and brings the group into a relaxed, balanced state of body and mind — ideal for a light, social evening together.

Couple’s Aroma Parenie is an intimate two‑person steam ritual that blends aromatherapy, the traditional Russian oak-besom technique and playful citrus-salt care. The journey begins with non-contact aromatherapy steaming, where warm scented vapor creates an enveloping thermal field, opens the breath and gently introduces both guests to the steam and the rhythm of parenie.

In the second stage, each body is warmed individually with oak besoms in the Russian steam room, using wafting and light contact to deepen relaxation, stimulate circulation and soften muscles without overwhelming heat. A refreshing conifer–citrus rinse then cools and tones the skin, preparing it for the final care step.
